Introduction:

These web pages document the titanic German counter-offensive to recapture the city of Kharkov, Ukraine (February to March 1943). Miniatures and vehicles from the battle can be found in the galleries.

This battle represents the third battle for Kharkov during World War 2, and for the most part can be regarded as the last large German victory on the Eastern Front, if not the entire war.
